Quoting and design.
Can the first quote be virtual?
Often, yes. We use the address and available property imagery to prepare an initial estimate. If rooflines are unclear, we request photos or permission for a field measurement.
What information do you need?
Your contact details, property address, residential or commercial use, preferred lighting areas and any timing or design goals.
Can I choose front, complete-property or custom coverage?
Yes. The proposal can compare front elevation, full-property and selected custom rooflines.
Is a virtual estimate final?
No. Measurements, power, access and site conditions are verified before installation is finalized.
Discreet during the day. Flexible at night.
Will the lights be visible during the day?
The goal is a clean appearance using a low-profile, color-matched track beneath selected eaves and rakes.
Are permanent lights only for holidays?
No. Owners use architectural white, team colors, birthdays, anniversaries, game days, events and scheduled seasonal scenes.
How far apart are the lights?
Compatible systems commonly use spacing around 8–10 inches. Exact spacing depends on the selected system and layout.

What makes the system work.
Can I control the lights from my phone or away from home?
Many professional systems support app control, schedules and remote features. Exact capabilities depend on the system, connectivity and setup.
How many controllers are included?
Projects begin with at least one controller. More than one controller or power source may be added by choice or because the property and run lengths require it.
When is a power extender needed?
Extender requirements depend on the selected system, total run length, layout and power design. They are identified in the proposal when applicable.
Know who is responsible and what is covered.
What happens before installation?
We verify measurements, surfaces, controller locations, power and access. Lift, crane or other special requirements are documented when applicable.
What warranty applies?
Product and workmanship coverage varies by system and installing company. Your agreement should state the applicable terms, exclusions and service process.
Do you work with more than one lighting brand?
Yes. Options may include Bosso, JellyFish and other high-quality systems. Recommendations are based on fit, features, service and budget.
